Dear all,
Do you wonder how forests change the energy of falling rain? So do we! Join us and help find out!
The Vegetation Science and Biogeography group at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) – Institute of Geography and Geoecology (IfGG) is looking for a motivated PhD candidate for a DFG-funded project on how forest vegetation influences rainfall erosivity. The funded (TV-L E13, 75 %) position (3 years) combines fieldwork, 3D LiDAR remote sensing, and modelling.
If you like a mix of outdoor research, data analysis, and working in a supportive team please get in touch or help spread the word!
